Hi 👋 , my name is Randy and I'm crazy about digital technology and building community-driven businesses that really make a meaningful difference for our world and make a profit!

With Encharge you can create extremely personal journeys that help you turn unaware visitors into happy customers. But before that happens we need clear objectives, measurements, and a strategy. This is where I can help.

For the past 5 years, I've been helping businesses and organizations become visible online using social media, FB ads, and technology to create personal experiences for their customers so they can acquire new customers who actively use the product and grow their revenue.

So far:
- I launched a YouTube platform called Lekker Vega to reconnect a 125-year-old organization with a younger audience.
- During the peak of Covid, launched a local Vegan sushi bar that generated over €5K in profit before opening.
- Worked with my dream client (Plant Based News) and got amazing success on our first project.

Today I work full-time as Head of Growth for https://flowyour.money, a FinTech Startup from The Netherlands.

Flow helps entrepreneurs and freelancers by dividing their revenue into different accounts the moment it hits their bank account using if this, then that rules. Think Zapier but for your money.

My job at Flow Your Money is to acquire 50K users in 2021.
