The Challenge

Since we launched Encharge, our mission has been to make behavior emails for SaaS companies easy. It's one of the most complex things in the marketing world. It requires a lot of help from developers and technical knowledge that goes beyond the typical forte of marketers (like copywriting, running ads, etc.)

Today, implementing behavior emails is still a complex endeavor that requires a lot of cooperative work between marketers and developers and deep understanding of how events work. We set out to change this.

Event Management in Encharge

With Event Management, you can visualize and organize all of the events that happen in your product, including Ingest API, JavaScript, Segment.com, and Stripe events (like subscription created, cancelled, trial started, etc.) You can test and see how many times a specific event has been performed, as well as easily work with your developers to implement the right events needed for your behavior emails.
