The early users of the SaaS include IKEA, Comcast, and Posti, the Finnish logistics giant. The Challenge: Creating a self-serve product onboarding that is not dependent on developers

  • Amazon SES requires coding experience, and it’s too technical.
  • Implementing and modifying emails in Amazon SES creates development dependencies and brings the whole product-led growth to a halt.
  • Other solutions like HubSpot are too expensive and don’t serve SaaS well.

As Aito was growing and moving toward a product-led self-service model, the team needed a robust platform that can automate behavior-based emails at scale, but also something that can be easily used by non-technical people.
